What on earth is going on. This all feels extremely surreal almost like being in heaven. Richie is in the wrong job he should be a MAGICIAN Can we beat Man City we can dream onwards and upwards love this man more than words can describe. Am sure he will come up with the recipe to cook up a stunning dish against his rivals from Manchester. Richie is a GOD. UP THE O'S

Great manager, rough time with the injuries and he's still winning his games

working wonders with us, just remember when richie came in we were a few points off going down to the conference with 2 wins in about 20 games. since then we have won the league 2 title, been in 2 league 1 playoff races on a shoestring budget and plenty of injuries. up the os

I agree with 95% of what you say but Orient isn't run on a 'shoestring' budget. Players like Jordan Graham, Dominic Ball, Jack Simpson, Dan Agyei, Ethan Galbraith, Dan Happe and Theo Archibald don't come cheap.
We ain't rich, but we ain't poor, either.
But Richie has done an extraordinary job since joining; he's arguably the best manager I've seen in my 25 years of being a season-ticket holder. If we beat City, and it's a huge 'if', his legend will be assured for all of time.
Personally, I think Wellens is one of the top 5 managers in the division, and that's why I was never worried about Orient's form, even when we started the season badly, because even though the results were negative the performances were still really good, they just had no luck in the early part of the season (and: Zach Hemming).
      Up the O's !

Best manager in League One. Period.
And, just to add an extra bit of spice, he's a big Man Utd fan.
Bring on City, we're going to batter them !!

Orient …… the “only” team in league one to have a CLEAN SLATE over the last five games❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Start of the season was really bad always put in good performances though, the fact people wanted this man sacked is absolutely bonkers😂

    Congratularions Ritchie,
You deserved that. Derby were a very strong opposition.
    But players stuck at it.
We looked better when sweeney and tom james came on.

As well as a good manager, a good orator & personality, he's got a 'lucky' streak which is rubbing off.

Tamworth did deserve a replay. Fair enough scrapping replays for the likes of Sheff Utd v Cardiff but there should be a rule where if the teams are so many leagues apart then there is a replay.
