he started the “Fully Loaded” mission which gives you a really strong Ruiner 2000 to use for 20 minutes. If you destroy it, a new one will spawn for them.
@@SergeantGibby there are 3 ways it can happen that I know of: 1 fully loaded in CEO 2 fully loaded retire glitch( start mission retire as soon as it starts and you keep the fully loaded version and show up normally also mission is still active) 3 normal ruiner but the person has become ghosted to you
