@norbertkajtar1468 I thought draw but punch stats are the only objective thing you can judge on , everything else like defense and aggression is subjective so beterbiev was definitely the winner, 114/113 , close but not a robbery

I’ve re watched the fight, and changed my mind on the winner. After the fight I thought Bivol won. Especially with the 116-112 score. However after watching again, Beterbiev deserved the win. Arthur did take over the fight. After 8 rounds I had Arthur up 5-3. Bivol was close to winning rounds but Beterbiev’s constant pressure won him the rounds.
Judges get way too much shit, you’ve watched it back and scored the judges can’t do that
You need to have your eyes tested. Landing a couple of punches in the past 30 secs doesn’t undo the two and a half minutes of Bivol outboxing him
Beterbiev didn't rob anyone and proved his boxing skills are equal to Bivol's. He countered Bivol's jab with his own and took the wind out of Bivol. Can't wait to see the rematch.

And to be fair, it seemed more like Artur was stopping Bivol than the other way round.
Tho Bivols performance would have maybe outlasted him, he was really getting in the groove in the final rounds. We need those 24 rounds that Artur wants lol

Either way this is great for both careers and their sport. It might even evolve them, I believe both have it in them. Time will prove.

I watched fight again first i was for bivol now I think it was 7-5 for artur
I saw their body language differently. To me Artur looked happy and Bivol looked upset with himself and angry that he didn't do more, like he was mad at himself for not doing enough to win beyond the margin of error and he seemed to know he should and could have performed better.
Who tf is saying it was a clear win.

Icl when I watched the fight I thought it was a draw or bivol won but watching it again I realise why beterbiev won. I think the fact that bivol went the distance and survived gave off the perception he won but he really didn’t throw much in the last 3 rounds, it’s hard to see how he can win when he was that negative in those last rounds. That being said a rematch is needed as it was such a good fight.

Close as it gets, but I think ultimately the right decision was made. I don't know if Beterbiev got old or his knee bothered him, but he clearly didn't have the raw aggression he had in other fights and he looked frustrated at times. I think his personal respect for Bivol and their past as teammates on the Russian team may have prevented him from truly accessing the aggression he needed to get a more clear win or a stoppage. If Artur fought like this vs Marcus Browne or Gvozdyk or Yarde he would have lost all those fights. I hope we get to see the killer version Beterbiev a couple more times before he's done. I hope it's not a case of the fame and the hype and the money finally getting to his head after ignoring those things his whole careeer.
