Yea a decrease is 2 stitches into 1 so go in to the next stitch yarn over pull up 1 go in to the next stich yarn over pull up one yarn over pull up three

I'm making this tonight but it's gonna be huge... Like instead of one strand of dk I'm using 4 and a size 15mm hook

Just use more strands of worsted wheight with a bigger hook dive or use fluffier yarn
