Glow:
Adjust > HSL > Increase Saturation and Luminance of the part you want to glow.
Adjust > HSL > Decrease Saturation and Luminance of the part you dont want to glow.
Copy it 2 times > Export > add the exported clip in a new project > Cutout > chroma key > remove part you dont want to glow
Cutout > Customized Cutout > Select part you want to glow > Export.
Go back to old project and delete adjustments and add the exported clip as an overlay > click on overlay > blend > filter.
Video effects > Lens > Edge Glow > Object to the overlay > Copy it again > Adjust: 100.
Main Video > Filter > B&W > Black Forest
Main Video > Adjust > HSL > Select Glowing Colour Part > Increase Saturation > Decrease Luminance.
Video Effects > Lens > Edge Glow > Object to the overlay > Adjust: 100.
Adjust > HSL > Do Same Thing
