Honestly its just the price that puts me off, its priced like a master grade, but I do appreciate the detail and color separation. I guess that's their justification.

Felt like it is something between RE100 and MG. But pricing wise bandai just goes full MG price.

I don't normally build 1/100 but I was very excited for this since I love the Druggie trio suits. If I get the money I'd love to get this and hoping bandai follows up with Raider and Forbidden.

the funny thing is the IBO Full Mechanics has a full inner-frame comparable to those really old MG kits making them somewhat a 'pseudo MG' in terms of engineering.
You know that IBO gundam frame are mostly exposed right? They can't even hide them that's why the HG has a almost complete frame.

Please Bandai make a FM Saviour Gundam. Need to complete my Athrun's gundam line up. The NG is so plain compares to the rest of mgs.
I hope the HGCE version saviour will announce...
I'd rather they make kits that don't exist in 1/100 first like Raider, Forbidden , Gaia , Abyss, Stargazer etc.

I absolutely loved this. I hope the FM Seed line gives a chance to other models like the Amatsu Mina and Stargazer
Would love to see an MG amatsu mina, i mean bandai already got MG red frame and MG Blitz. Futhermore, after the amatsu mina, bandai just need to invert the black to white and voilà you got amatsu hana (probably gonna be a P-bandai)
I hope it's not like the IBO FM, even if its not an MG, as long as it is solid kit with no loose joint I would get it... someday.
I mean IBO FM give a bit of inner frame, so there is pros and cons about it. Its not all loose especially when people paint it over it do get real solid. But i hope nothing but improvements over time for FM and RE line cause i really love these lines and i dont mind to work a bit extra to make it better ✌️
These FM kits are on par with early MG kits in my opinion.

A Full Mechanics Murasame would be nice. If it can transform without parts swapping, it will be a day 1 buy for me.
Transforming gimmicks almost always suck though, if its not an MG its guaranteed to be lame and 50/50 if it is an MG. I mean its cool but you sacrifice so much for something you cant really display

I'm really happy that Bandai already included English translations in their manuals. Won't have a hard time translating things especially the colors. 🙂 And we could finally read most of the things inside the manuals.
We need full mechanic kits of OZ suits from wing honestly.
I like to see Leo getting Master Grade treatment like Ginn.

i just saw a video the other day about how re/100 is a dead grade now, but i feel like bandai just uses which grade suits the kit and universe best
i feel this kit kinda proves that point

The switch placement on the runners all but confirm that they are doing the all-red Sword Calamity version, most likely P-Bandai.
The price is the only prevent me buying this kit.

I'm still considering I should buy FM 1/100 Aerial or not when it came out in market. I like MG but seeing how they treat IBO with just 1 MG and many FM, I'm worry they do the same with WfM and MG Aerial will never came out.

The shield tip you talk about in the live stream being two separate I think it will be use as the anchor for the shield of the sworld calamity.

Didn't expect the Full mechanics to be as good as a MG. But I'm pretty surprised at how good it looks. It'd be great if we got a Full mechanics Savior, Hell any kits of the Savior would be great
i wonder, think they'll do something like this for the SEED Destiny Druggies? namely the Chaos, Abyss and Gaia Gundams (i know they're ZGMF and not GAT-X, but you know what i mean lol)
The 3 in destiny isn't druggies, they are called extended I think. Well the problem is if those kit got FM, I doubt bandai will make the MG soon.
If you didn't tell people about the lack of an inner frame, I think most would think it was a full master grade. I wonder if we'll see the Raider and Forbidden Gundams coming soon as well.

I would like to assume that FM 1/100 will introduce SEED suits but one by one and very slowly.
It’s cool they’re making four more main mobile suits from seed 1/100 but I think this Raider and the other two would sell even better as full on MGs like Buster Duel Blitz and Aegis/Justice

This is weird because its... basically just a simple master grade looking on the surface here. Maybe when I build it I can tell the difference but I mean. Low foil sticker count, lore page in the manual, etc.
We need Full Mechanics Raider Gundam and Forbidden Gundam to complete the trio.
I used to hate gundam seed weapon names but some of them are really cool tbh like "Agni 320 mm hyper impulse cannon" or "Varja beam saber"

Does your live build talk about if any other seed striker packs or wizard backpacks can be put on this kit?
you had to modify the back connector if you want to equip some striker packs on this guy. as far as I know, the connection slot is smaller/thinner.

Seems like it. I haven't seen Gundam seed so idk. But i wouldn't say are some kind of funnel weapon. Idk the kit is cool, i love those colors and i got it two weeks ago and no regrets

Still really salty that it's not Master Grade. Granted that its details look great, but the Strike/Duel/Buster frame proved to be great for a 2012 mold and why it's not reused on the Calamity infuriates me.

I believe they're prizes, you can find them on mfc and they look great for their price.
FM is having a great comeback. Much prefer than MG because cheaper and build is much simpler. So make me some FM Savior 😁

Yes, Forbidden didn't get much love out of Bandai, didn't it? I like it, but if they do Forbidden then they will probably do Raider too, which I could live without.

Also I had little to no interest in this kit because I just didn’t mind the Calamity design. After watching this and seeing the build though, I do kinda want one.

@@starfuckerification probably around 6 hours total. But I do this for a living! Haha Expect to take your time on it, could take you a couple days. Look at it like this: the value of what you bought is the time spent enjoying the building process. The more time it takes, the more value for your money! Assuming you enjoy the building 👍

not usually a fan of seed designs but this kit looks amazing!
I'm definitely more intrigued, especially just based on the build... the biggest turn-off is the price though, easily.

This costs 5500 yen, same as MG Eclipse, but more expensive than MG Ginn at 4730 yen. Prices from bandai-hobby.net
This is not a cheap kit, it is pretty similar with most mg.
The price doesn't depend on the grade of the kit. Remember that you're paying the amount of plastic that's inside the box

You know "Todesblock" and "Käfer Zwei" are just words in german.
Seed is series were weapons has german names.
I am not even sure if RE/100 is just for UC 1/100 non-MG. I think Bandai was using RE/100 as a test bed for the viability of selling non-MG 1/100 scale kits that look MG-ish. I think it having only having UC was a coincidence of its tagline of obscure, too big, or too costly for MG. UC contains so much MS that it is easy to pull from. I wouldn't be surprised if there will be UC Full Mechanics.
Isn't it about time Forbidden gets announced 🤔 they have come out one per year at around the same period

why didn't they just make it into MG when they can just use freedom 2.0 frame. they had to make it FM that costs even more than some MG like why
The parts separation is really lacking on the back if you look at some of the CGI renders with the vent details so that's a little unfortunate but it looks cool overall
Ok RUclips needs to stop listening to me. I just said that third is one of a favoured gundams.
If they made a Full Mechanics Raider they'll have to make it very expensive just for the extra parts for the Calamity to ride on top of it when its in Mobile Armor mode.
