Just doesn't have the same edge to my ear, I've got pretty good pitch and when learning guitar to this record back like 10yrs ago, I identified pretty quick that playing in standard 440hz tuning was making me flat! I've tried this trick on a few of my homd demo's and it really does help give more of an uplift/punch. Can't quite explain why, but when a song ain't cutting it, this is a nice trick to have up your sleeve!
There are so many songs in this strange tuning, little different from one to one. Also stayin alive for example, the next I want to do. And it's not 432 or 442, I don't know. I try to change it, doing many attempts until I find the same tuning of my guitar (right tuned). If you have other requests write below
Play along with the live versions from 94-2000 they’re all in standard tuning - took me years to realise the recording was different - just thought it was me 😕
I confirm, I already uploaded that song but youtube has blocked in all the world (perfect). So it's impossible to make it available, thanks youtube to prevent me from be helpful to the community without earning anything.
It's standard, 440hz, normal tuning. It's a little bit down than the original track. If you play on the original one it seems your guitar is out of tune, but it's not true (it's the original out)
@@440hzsongsconverted8 It's simple. Morris wanted the songs to sound more edgy and fast, so he sped up the tape when recording the master tape to Live Forever and Slide Away.

Always I feel it tiresome to tune to theirs, so it’s very helpful for me!

It’s a shame that Oasis did this with lots of their songs, natural tuning sounds so much better.
1:38 solo start (ish) for reference
All these years I've been wondering if there was something wrong with my guitar lol

Bruv, Your work is brilliant! I wonder if you know the original hertz of the song?
Keep your work mate!
I really don't know cause i pitch down until I listen that the tune is at 440hz
449hz
So the original song has 442 hz?
I think so
449 hz:)
Does Liam sing IT in g major ?
Yes he does until the end (the repeated “gonna live forever”part) where it’s in A minor.

What is the actual tuning? It's up a half step or something isn't it?

Jamvortix its actually in 450 i found
Yes, all these songs seems more up than 440hz (I must discover the reason why yet)
440hz Songs Converted I believe they sped up the songs in the studio which made ever so slightly higher
