I have the new A3 in Sline trim with the comfort and sound pack and I love everything about it, personally I went for the Mythos black with the upgraded alloys and can’t stop looking out the window at it lol.
I’m also in Cumbria, just about to order myself a 35 TFSI S Line 6-Speed and this is the only example of the steel grey upholstery I could find anywhere on RUclips hahaha, safe to say it looks way better and less generic than the black upholstery, I just hope it doesn’t affect the already long 6-Month delivery time I was quoted!
I got my new A3 35tfsi 2wks ago. The build quality is good. It's the quality of materials and some details (eg/no seat belt clip, no cd player) that let it down a bit. The drive has improved compared to the 66 plate had which I used as part ex.
Love the car! I’ve got one arriving new in March, In Daytona grey. Any chance you can do a ‘drive with me’ style video maybe in like first person, would love to see how the car drives from your perspective

@@JackKing12. yes I did and the car broke down on hand over day at the petrol station the dealers couldn’t repair it so I bought a 2017 he even said they are cheaply built to save money

Yeah completely agree mate , build quality is very Audi, some material choices questionable but overall a very refined package
Looks nice mate can't wait to pick mine up soon :) how people can say the old version is better I never know boring interior.
Complete agree mate. Quality was there but lacked any interesting design!

Unfortunately found it really difficult doing a POV style video ! The 30tfsi engine is really strong for a 1.0ltr :) I’m sure you’ll enjoy it

Sorry to say but the Audi A3 2017 facelift is a better built car mate this looks cheaply built compared to the older 8v facelifts
Completely agree the build quality of the 8v facelift is better overall, but the technology is much improved.

All down to personal taste mate , wouldn’t say 18” alloys are tiny tbh , the S3 gets 18” as standard anyway. I couldn’t afford the S3 🤦🏽♂️
