Thanks for clearly putting the location & trail name! (many of the other mtb van channels dont share jack and just want views)
Cheers! Yea I don't see an issue with sharing sanctioned trail names. I try to always link to the related trail associations as well in the descriptions.
Wow! Seems like a really fun trail!
The reworked Cambodia is good fun. Got me some of that last night.
sick thumbnails on the recent videos!
Thanks dude!
I second that.
is there signage for the entrance now? Just off cabin? going to go check out the official this weekend. I only remember going down some janky section then a logride to eventually work my way over to it.
Yea that whole trail that was used to access the original trail has been combined into one trail with an obvious entrance off Cabin. Log ride has been replaced with the metal bridge at the beginning. It's definitely different than it was before but a huge upgrade IMO. All the rock lines are still there
@@MINIMALmtb I rode it today. It was okay, Kind of an odd mix of berms with the tech, its like the trail is unsure of what kind of trail it wants to be lol. I also think it was a combo of it being so greasy and im just out of practice with slow tech LOL plus my ebike is long AF 🤣 Im too used to the fast steep dh stuff. Cool variety though. I'll give it another roll in the summer once its nice and dusted.
Nice. Got myself a flesh wound yesterday there! Thank god for elbow pads!
Rad! I really want to do this on my way out of town tomorrow. I’ve never been to this area. Looking at Trailforks, I’m a little confused where I should park and start the climb. Do you mind pointing me in the right direction? Thanks a million!
@@LEGENDofBEANY this is one where it’s kind of hard to explain but I pedalled the road up and took pinch flat alley up to Cabin Fever and Cabin Trail to access. You could alternatively climb Old Buck or Good Sir Martin and access it from the bottom of Cabin Trail. If you can get a shuttle up, ride CBC first for an all time Shore lap. Hope that helps, enjoy!
@@MINIMALmtb thank you so much!!!!! I really appreciate that. I’m solo, what are the chances of hitching a shuttle up from someone midweek?
Bummer you skipped two of the best parts. That final wall is what really gives this trail its legend status, hopefully you will ride that in the future.
Yea it’s cool how many alternate lines there are on this trail. I’ve hit all of them over the years. Will definitely ride it again and switch up the lines at some point
Everyone and their brother is posting vids of this trail on YT this week!
Looks great! Do you have to go through CBC to get to the beginning of this? I haven't ridden that part of Seymour and Trailforks show Pinch Flat Alley as one-way towards the parking lot.
Pinch flat is basically a dirt road so you can definitely go up it to get to Cabin Trail if you don’t want to go up to CBC. CBC > Cabin > Cambodia is an amazing tech lap though!
you can also get to it from the cabin trail entrance/exit at ned's
Looks fun!
The perfect trail doesn't exi... oh wait, maybe it does!
Nice.
Such a fun trail. Not a fan of the bottom bracket killing rocks at 4.48, but other than that no complaints, haha.
Haha yeah it’s been a few years since I last rode the trail. I think if you knew it was coming you could set up for that better than I did
Nice
