My recipe (I'm clearly not an expert):
    -1/4L of water
    -A sprinkle of salt
    -Teaspoon of olive oil
Add those to the water and let it boil
Once the water is boiling, take it off the stove and add
    -250g of couscous
Stir and let it sit for 3mins.with a lid on the pot
Once all the water is soaked in, add
-2-3 pieces of butter and stir it well
    Chop:
    -2 baby carrots
    -A little bit of leek
    -2 pieces of broccoli
(Vegetables you chose depend on you)
Mix everything together, add more water or butter if it's too dry
    Et voilà!
    Enjoy

Couscous is one of my favorite dishes, i eat it every week and make different variations of it. I love eating it cold, sometimes also with salmon on the side, but before hand i mix it with alot of fresh lemon juice and mint/persil leaves to give it alot of flavor, then add cherry tomatoes and peppers! xx
