JomezPro. When you guys film a tournament, you do justice to the course. I have seen some footage from the last two Throw Down the Mountain tournaments and it was better than nothing. You guys gave life to the tournament, the property and made it so inviting and so beautiful. That is all that matters in foto- and filmography, making things as real and beautiful that this thing we call life is! I'm absolutely blessed to see this kind of luxurious video content! May God bless you Jomez crew.
I have really enjoyed the past couple of coverages when Koling has been on the card because he finds out what the discs are that are being thrown on each shot. Nice extra insight
Huge props to Big Jerm for his efforts on Charlie's Kastaplast discs! I love that brand and expected to hear something like "unfortunately I don't know what he's throwing here" but it was quite the opposite. Really shows the time and attention you pay as a professional commentator, as well as respect for Charlie as a fellow competitor imho. Great job dude!
Thank you so much for covering this event Jomez. This is a high quality course off of the beaten path, and I am so hopeful that your super high quality coverage will help make this a more prestigious event.
Was awesome being out at the event watching y’all work Jomez! Flawless execution watching y’all get the angles. Amazing seeing the video after being there! Keep up to good work.
Haha, Simon you got me there. I'm german so I understood everything what you were saying but it was still strange to have the welcoming speech in English. Great commentary and awesome McBeast show
I have used Kastaplast since they started and nice to see some of pros playing with those. By far the best plastic in the market and superior in consistency. Just not enough discs to make a full bag for me. I don't play enough to wear midranges out enough to make them understable and don't like their putters and high speed drivers are too shallow for me. The only critic I have for consistency is Falk. 1st run is fantastically understable, but they changed it to more stable and added a dome. Apparently they have done that on purpose though because since that they are all the same.
Big German with the stellar commentary, and the coverage of the round and of the course was absolutely stunning. Keep this up and Jomez will be to 200K in no time
Kastaplast is a Swedish company, translates to "fling-plastic" or "throw-plastic", nifty name that makes sense in Swedish. Berg (the disc) is pronounced like Barj, with the a from "bag".
one question... does it bother swedish guys to get confused with switzerland? (in a way it bothers me as a swiss, on the other side, i really like sweden :) )
So good to see a pro throwing a Reko on Jomez. its the best putter out there. Kastaplast is a seriously underrated company. great molds, fantastic blends and the best glow plastic on the market.
I legit thought you were doing a German language version for the first few seconds. Hahaha. P.S. you guys deserve 100% of the disc golf coverage of every tournament! I wish that was the case.
@@EnjoyLife-sg3kt Nice google translate haha! In Swedish: "I have never thrown these records before" and "I hope to prove them soon". / The United Place of Sweden
Hab mich am Anfang erschreckt weil ich dachte RUclips würde die Tonspur auf einmal automatisch übersetzen, war schon kurz davor auszurasten :D Translation for the non-Germans: At first i got scared thinking RUclips would start translating the audio automatically now, i was about to freak out :D
Been wanting to write for a wk now. ButI legit don't know why you guys popped up on my feed last wk. But I'm thankful y'all did. Legit didn't know their was a pro-disc golf circuit, let alone knew disc golf was a legit thing until now. Been binge watching you guys ever since and actually interested in trying disc golf at some point. Just wanted to say thanks for introducing me to this game and that your commentators are actually helping me learn more about the game. Still confused on the lingo, but I guess that knowledge will come in time.
Don’t be tripping big. I wish I could have someone catch all the times I have tripped over something on the course. Haha 😂 I have fallen straight to my face. Can’t wait for more great footage!
TDTM course, special place. The hole 3 gradient is very steep. In a practice round I threw my upshot almost to the top of the hill, caught edge, rolled all the way down.
JomezPro I was in Waco last weekend, spoke with both Gomez bros (not sure which responded), and couldn't help but notice the level of stoke on both of you was extra high. When you love what you do....
I just scared my kids so bad once I seen a Jomez video dropped! I screamed so loud that my daughter almost started crying LOL!!!!! *JOMEZ IN DA HOUSE BOYEEEEEEEEE*
It's so confusing to hear my language at the beginning. I watched it many years and it coming to that. Crazy! Und wer Spaß hat, kann das gerne übersetzen.
Holy cow Paul is making it look so damn easy!! I'm there now playing in the tourny, It's not this easy at all lol For those that haven't been, spend the money it's worth it!!
I don't know if I'm just getting used to it or if you guys are giving a little more time to the start of the putts in the Slomez replays, but if you did adjust it, thank you!!! It's feeling pretty great now.
Yeah, it's a Berg and Kastaplast is from Sweden (home for me too). I was told recently that the US market accounts for something like 70% (ish) of the Kastaplast sales. I'm not a fan of the plastic too much but I will say that the Berg is a cool little utility side-arm disc for up to 70 or 80m. Holds the line very well too since it's quite overstable.
Lovin the "Big German" commentary! Always love thw coverage from Jomez! I was just thinking how cool it would be to see an "elevation change" graphic from tee to pin. Just a thought.
Big Jerm: You're absolutely right that Kastaplast is a swedish brand. The name itself translated would be Throwplastic. "Kasta" in swedish means "throw" and "plast" translates to "plastic". The name of the disc (Berg) means "mountain" and your pronunciation (not sure how that word's spelled...) was awesome ;-) I hope you see this comment so you know that you were 100% correct! ;-)
Kasta plast = throw plastic, just have to wait 2 months before all snow is gone 😥 that’s what you get when you lives in the north off Sweden, keep up the good work 👍🏼
Simon says you'd normally throw a fairway driver for 420ft. No simon id use the highest speed disc that i can throw and use 100% power and still come up 100ft. short and just hope i can lay up good on my 2nd shot.
Simon's german commentary in the beginning: Hallo liebe leute und herzlich willkommen zu den zweitausend und neunzehn throw down the mountain sieben In english: Hello dear people and welcome to the two thousand and nineteen tdtm seven
What do you guys think should be the commentary name for these two?
Big-Germ commentary
Big German?
BiGer commentary and Big Sexy should be JermiNator Commentary.
Big German
Big German
Cred to Big Jerm for trying to learn what Goodpasture is throwing! (and doing a good job)

Go Charlie!! #TeamKastaplast Great job knowing the names of our Kastaplast Discs!!
I'm so happy to see he is throwing Falk. Go Charlie! Go =K=!
hole 9: single greatest layup from 50 ft I've ever seen
Unequivocally.
Best shot ever actually. That is what peak performance looks like.
So psyched for Big German commentary, Simon is amazing
Big Jerman*
Same here!
I am about to listen in and I'm stoked.
Big Jerm and Simon are 2 of the most humble and likeable gents in the game.
"yeah, missing that gap is pretty weak"
"Thank youuu"
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Simon: “A 420ft hole is normally a mid-range/fairway driver”
Us: “Screw you”
8Ryanaugust The hole you’re you’re referring to (hole 5) is 320 ft, not 420.
Mattias Ahlin - Hole 4. And it doesn’t matter anyway because Simon threw a putter 492 ft last week...he’s just ridiculous lol.
8Ryanaugust he sure is 😂
Jomez coverage was FANTASTIC! McBeth's round was AMAZING! The Big Jerm and Simon commentary was AWESOME!! . . . Life is good again.

MJ's release of the disc in the beginning of the video is pure goosebumps. Satisfying to say the least
Super stoked to see Charlie throwing kastaplast! Kastaplast makes such good plastic! But this course is beautiful and it was such a fun video

Wauw! McBeast just keep on shredding disc golf courses... Great coverage JomezPro (must be difficult to film this one). Gooood commentary by BigGerman
Simon speaking German in the beginning of the video just made my whole day.
Finally, real disc golf coverage!!
