Prof. Wright, a brilliant analysis of the topic - enabling our minds, our hearts and our imaginations, to comprehend and acknowledge God’s fulfilment of His ultimate promise for humanity in Jesus Christ.
I love watching and listening to you. Although the next installment may be available, I await each Monday’s episode. I make myself wait, and you never disappoint.
Thanks for explaining this invaluable mystery of God’s Eternal Purpose. The promise to Abraham speaks of what He intended for man through Adam to multiply His image and found it’s fulfillment in the last Adam in whose believers resembles His image.

I do like the NRSV, but I wish the committee behind the updated edition had reverted back to the "seed" of the KJV. Retaining this figure of speech feels appropriate for the standard scholarly version.

Thank you!
Jesus, He is that perfect and righteous seed of the woman that was promised in Genesis.
The Creator's intention is to return us to paradise lost. That is the seed of Eve and Adam before the fall.
Thank you very much! You did not comment on Genesis 3:15. :) I came here thinking you would comment about the verse.... :)
