केंद्र सरकार ने जैसे ही 25 जून को संविधान हत्या दिवस घोषित किया वैसे ही सियासी हंगामा शुरू हो गया. विपक्ष केंद्र सरकार पर हमला बोलने उतरा तो BJP ने भी पलटकर सवाल पूछा कि अगर इमरजेंसी लोकतंत्र का काला अध्याय थी तो उसे संविधान की हत्या क्यों न कहा जाए. कभी BJP की अलायंस पार्टी रही शिवसेना उद्धव गुट के प्रवक्ता संजय राउत ने अलग ही स्टैंड लिया. उन्होंने कहा कि अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी होते तो वह भी आपातकाल लगाते. बालासाहेब और RSS भी आपातकाल के सपोर्ट में थे. सवाल ये है कि जिस इमरजेंसी को कांग्रेस भी सपोर्ट करने का साहस नहीं करती है उसकी सहयोगी पार्टियों में ये साहस कहां से आ रहा है. और इसी पर होगी आज की दहाड़.
