It happens sometimes bro.. when I was like playing well for the 2/3 months then the shooting slump came. I was like maybe I’m not consistent u know. After a while I realize it’s the shoulder. It’s the stiffness of the shoulder. I went for sport massage focusing on the shoulder and then my shooting and release gets better. I play leisurely 5 times a week and I’m 37. I guess I’m old.

I had the same injury that required surgery a year ago. You'll need an MRI but you have bone spur imflammation at a minimum and/or torn rotator cuff. Both requires surgery
