So should the Canon CR-N300 be set to Shutter Priority at 1/60"? The only way to keep it in the Camera Control Software is to save the settings with the Presets.
1/60 is great for 30 frames per second. "Shutter Priority" is for auto exposure. It will lock your shutter speed and adjust the iris and iso to adjust exposure.

I use 2.8 glass and the sweet spot is f4. Agreed, always try to get it right in the camera. Well explained video!
