i mean, they had to film sex scenes together, that is probably awkward afterwards. Also he was the boyfriend of Taylor Swift at that time, she has unfortunately some psycho fans, who would take even the slightest signs of affection/sympathy as "proof" that he cheated on her, pretty sure that would make interviews even more awkward. Besides they are both introverts, i believe. They are generally not so comfortable with press stuff. Isn't that rare with actors, just think of Cilian Murphy, for example.

okay... I have to say... Bobbi is completely right about how Frances just doesn't think other people live or exist outside of her needing them. She uses people as she likes.... That ending phone call... yikes. It just proves she really is not a good person. she always anly thinks about herself. She is now either going to breakup with bobbi - which means - how strong was her feelings REALLY or what she just lonely without *him* ... OR she is going to have another affair behind bobbi's back. either way , the ending broke my heart. i was really rooting for Frances. she annoyed me so much with her passive nature. she never SAID anything. always holding it all inside, and i kept waiting for the story to tell us why, that she would be justified but.. i think Bobbi really hid the nail on the head. she just doesn't view others as real people... she lives as a movie. she is the main character and she just cannot see outside herself. what a disappointment of an ending. But it also revealed her true character - where as before i kept being unsure - now i know for sure she is truly messed up.

I think you should add SPOILER ALERT at the start of your comment, but I think you've hit the nail on the head with what you say. She really isn't a good person as we thought she might be. I guess when a story is told from one person's perspective, we assume they must be the 'good guy', excuse the phrase.

I think there is a status of co-existence. I don't feel conflicted that she committed to Bobbi and is open to Nick simultaneously. What she does seems to be the same as before. However, the difference is deep in her heart - whether she understands her feeling/others' feelings or is honest with herself and others. I feel it makes total sense, and she has grown in the end. - listen to your heart, and be honest.

@@evresedxxmyeah, to me she seemed to have really grown. She was able to actually express herself and acknowledge what it was she wanted without keeping it from her loved ones. She and Bobbi said they wanted their relationship to be different from before - because it had felt like they had been married before. With that in mind, it doesn’t seem like her saying yes to Nick was an issue. I think this show really helps paint the difficulties of being in “open” relationships, but also just keeps asking questions. What makes a good relationship? Can you love more than one person at a time? What constitutes that kind of ownership over another?
