National medias are failed to understand to ground reality in TN. They are all giving importance to BJP in Tamil nadu . There is a tough battle between ADMK and DMK only . Only in few seats three corner contest where BJP is fighting for second position . Please understand that 2019 election ADMK won one seat only with the alliance of BJP and PMK. Now ADMK is fighting this election with DMDK with a vote share approx 2.0% as per the prediction if ADMK is winning anything more than 4 or 5 seats this is big achievement for them . Several opinion polls are predicting ADMK will get 6-8 seats minimum . BJP alliance without ADMK they can able to secure 15-18% which will not yield any seat except kanyakumari or nellai. This also 50:50 chance only.
When the majority of people oppose the Hindutva ideology, how did you expect a win???
BJP has grown in the state with Brahmins support, Poojaris support and new voters. Totally it can split vote share about 12-15%. But this can't grow further and cannot win with this vote %. We already have history like this with MDMK, PMK, TMC, DMDK, NTK. All have high records of vote shares but without alliance with DMK or ADMK they are always 0.
