In this video, we look at the lifecycle of a company from the moment that the company is established, fundraising from angels and venture capitalists (VCs) to its Initial public offering (IPO).

Could you please help me how can I remove that ?

Pause the video then drag the video screen down a little. It will temporarily disappear.
U watch the vedio after downloading it and make sure ur watching the vedio when data is put off doing this one can read take aways easily

Great video, I have one doubt though. You said that bids and offers are matched for a transaction to occur. But if a stock is new in the market. Surely no one will ne selling it just yet. Then how do people place bids if there are no offers?

so we have tata tech ipo coming out tomorow, and maximum price limit is 15000 for a lot size of 30 so on bidding days before it gets listed on stock exchange, the total price on bids cannot go more than 15k right?
Rather than going for an ipo, could the company go with some private equity firm? Or PE only participate in established and less risky ventures?
Hey Puneet, this depends on the company's fund raising plans, really. However, PE is an option.
