While Tilt was honestly one of the worst events in "Gladiators" history, this is definitely one of the better moments from that event. I'm sure everyone at the NIA thought that Jet was going to go down both times.
The days before risk assessments etc. It's hard to believe it got to actually being included and used. Just looks inherently dangerous, plus what does it really prove? Ridiculous

Nightshade got injured on this one as well. I don’t think it ended her Gladiator career as she did come back but she wasn’t on it as often i don’t think.

Incredible TV show. Watched it religiously in my childhood. Shame we could never have anything like this ever again seeing as the Health & Safety bar is set to an all-time high? Only possible way would for the Gladiators and Contenders to sign waivers, and no one is going to do that in our claim and compensation orientated society today.
