    That's true! Also, when scaling one important factor is setting the SOPs correctly. In coding, same output can be achieved in 1000s of ways, but we need to take care that our team is clear about the approach even BEFORE they start working on it, especially the junior developers

    -is Java/Springboot a good teck stack for a new agency?
    -what are the best teck stack you will choose any time ?
    -what will you choose React or NextJS or Sveltekit?
    -for backend pure typescript or NestJS/typescript?
    -what's the best good value/price cloud infra for deployments?
    thanks in advance :))

    I really want to try this path, I've watched some of your videos lately and I've really wanted to do something entrepreneurial with my developer skillset.
    What I'm thinking right now is how to get my first customer, especially in this part of the world, I'm in Nigeria 🇳🇬 ..

      I'm in Nigeria too
      I've dabbled in B2B demand generation in the past, we could link and join forces . You handle the development/ engineering and I handle the client acquisition side of things.

      If you want to build trust, build a relationship- it takes time & patience, but it's the best way to sell.

    Do you use low code tool like Bubble to run your agency now besides coding everything yourself?

    • @joao__nm
      @joao__nm  5 месяцев назад +3

      Nope, we don't use Bubble at all. Bubble isn't useable for proper companies, beyond an MVP level. It's quite limited. We use React & Node (a javascript/typescript-based stack, MERN)

      There's plenty of people who've had it worse and done it better. I'm just sharing my experience. It's not as far as you think, but you don't need to believe me, there's plenty of guys who've come out of much worse situations
