I got 3 lakh rank in my first attempt, i was in ur shoes few yrs back. But i knew one thing that I didn’t give my best in first attempt so i took a drop. It wasn’t an easy decision as I could see my friends getting admission in college however i trusted myself and gave a shot , now if i connect the dots and look back it seems like a worthy deceision.
Chalo kisi ne toh bola jada hai bhai tumlog sab ake Bina negotiate kare sab 25 k die ho dhang se negotiate nai kare islie aj ka rate wo hai. Humlog yaha 10 sal se hai last 2 year men new logo ke karan who are not street smart has allowed the rent to be peaked as I have seen this happening in front of our eyes and for flat like yours in Gachibowli in 2020 we used to pay hardly 15k and in kondapur till 2022 I was paying 20k for 2bhk in best locality

Im currently searching good PGs near Hitech and Madhapur area but my real complaint is there aren't PGs which have study table in rooms. Like you are suppose to be on bed all the time if you are WFH ?? I'm from pune and here we have separate study table for each person in a room.

Just for study table will you be okay to pay 3k-5k more of the rent? Because most of the PGs won't give study table. They will give a chair in max if I say.
But why don't you just get a basic room and purchase yourself a table and a chair, will hardly cost you 2-3K.

My basic requirements are the attached washroom, gated security (im a 21 female), there should be enough space for study table and mattress/bed. It should be near the metro station and mindspace area. My budget is 10-12k for staying + food. what should i prefer, sharing flat or PG ?
@@learner5358u will get a 3 sharing pg in that range, if u prefer flat then it would be lil costly near mindspace
@@learner5358 10-12K you will get 3 sharing PG that too good. For flat it will be on higher side. Metro is nearby to Mindspace. PGs are reliable in terms of security, consider all girls PG, not coliving. Don't roam around at night, as people will normalize you to roam around or stroll at night here. Just get inside after max 11 in your PG, safe and sound.
For your info, Everything closes in Hyderabad after 11, clubs at max 12 midnight. So no night life if you must have heard other way around.
