Actually u can shift Vikasji’s desk somewhere else , maybe in garden room make his office and keep the single rocking chair in front of the tv in the attic , that will also make the attic look very spacious and u can enjoy watching tv sitting in that single chair ! You can always make the garden room into a guest suite - i don't know if there is a possibility to add a small bath with shower in it or not?!?! ...
