Its a mod called the Siren And Horn Mod, it adds all the sounds you herd besides the starter noise

Wait when you crash and the radiator Gets Busted or whatever that sizzling noises is that a mod or is that official from BeamNG drive
its a mod :) the siren and horn mod includes a bunch of other sound effects as well
Do some scenarios like drag racing crashes, or police chases, etc.
police chases are a little hard now they updated the ai system so they crash less, but they drie a lot slower now too which makes it boring lol
