- Adhesive vinyl can provide us with amazing dimension to our cardstock projects, but it is quite tricky to work with!
These are a few tips and tricks to be able to use when you want to layer your sticker vinyl onto cardstock and this video will help you execute it perfectly!

OMG!! When you sent me the video about low-tack transfer tape and then I opened it. I just saw the title and I got very confused 🧐”WTH!!!!” Then I actually watched the video and then the light bulb went on.💡😂😂😂 I absolutely love the standard transfer tape with the garment fibers idea. 😍 I also love the vinyl-to-cardstock idea. I have a couple more questions do have any experience with Double-Sided Adhesive Sheets by Recollections?? And what is the difference between the Cricut TrueControl Weeding Kit and the Cricut TrueControl Knife?? I want to thank you for all your responses and your videos. They have really helped me in my new card-making journey. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻🤗

The weeding kit contains the weeding tool, hooked weeding tool, straight pokey tool, craft knife (I think thats it!), whereas when buying the true control knife, it only comes with the craft knife adaptor, but they are all interchangeable :)
@@KellyRossouw I am hoping for just the weeding kit adaptors to come out because I have the knife already. I don't see a point to buy the whole weeding kit. 🤷🏻♀️🤗❤️

Great tutorial.Thanks for some great tips. I am wondering if there is a method to sealing the vinyl on the cardstock. I add inspriational vinyl sayings to the front cover of my handmade journals. What sealing agent should I use to make sure the words stays put and last longer? Thanks for your help.

There isn't a method I am aware of, but it shouldn't need to be sealed, unless it is picked off or handled extremely regularly (as in bent, and scratched at), it shouldn't come off. I haven't attempted to seal it, nor would I recommend it.

If I want to make a sticker would smart sticker cardstock work the same?
Ooooh great ides! It totally could work as the base layer. You could use it for the top layer too, but transfer tape wouldnt work as well here (unless you use old transfer tape here too)
