Laser is actually more like early game than late. I tried it in interm, and well missile does a great job than laser at waves 15-34. Because a lot of enemies spawn, so missile will have a good damage. But if you damaging the boss, laser will deal more, because its single target So basically, laser is not that worth it in early game (Easy-intermediate) because expensive. But, laser is 100% you need in early game (Elite-Expert)

Laser gunner is really good early def tower, other the fact of the upgrade path that bottom path go for early-mid game with the ability that can review stealth enemies and do dmg (idk how many DMG it can do but I think it 150), top path go for crowd-control as u know for the upgrade price Fun fact : this load out will easily solo inter mode without using missile. Patrol boat (top path) Laser gunner (1 top path and a lot of bottom path) Edj (1 top, 1 bottom) John ( top path) Farm (just get 10 2-4 farm trsut me that the best upgrade for almost every mode )
Best Lazer gunner path in my opinion is the bottom path cuz it more useful than the top bath top path can pierce enemy but it not that good ngl but good up the good work sir
Thought the laser gunners were like clone trooper because The top: red minigunner looks like commander fox The bottom:blue dual smgs looks like captin rex
Play on sky land or something I forgot but it’s a simple map and with 2 barracks and some good towers you can solo it n under 15 mins if you keep every time
Both path are good, i find top path to be extremely more usefull in harder more then bottom path just because of the piercing, it geniunly shreads groups of enemies fairly easily if you place them well on a line and etc, mix it with sniper on a big map and you can win elite guaranteed every time (with out the need of bottom path laser gunner)
Didnt even use laser gunner for intermidate I was grinding my way to laser gunner through intermediate on misleading pond using Patrol boat (both second and first path, mostly using first path), Sniper(mainly for its stealth reveal and dealing with the stealth rush wave), and Missile trooper(mainly for the extra dps on Eradicator bc of its first path's dmaage multiplier)

Laser gunners ability is to reveal stealth like sniper
it's 8 studs and does 100 dmg I think, so not the best.
It's not 8 studs, no way it's like shotgunner's range

Laser gunners ability is an aoe that makes all stealth enemies in the range not stealth and it does 500 aoe damage
im currently grinding to get to level 35 to get laser gunner so this video was very useful
