Idk if this is possible but you should try to code double battle mechanics. Me and my opponent picks 2 and leaves 1 starter like Pat did in his tournament video you were in. You could try to code switching out the duo of starters you get but instead of one switching, both do, kinda like soul link. And if 1 dies the other one does. Also an extra idea, combine moves, stats, picking the best ability, and same items, but you don't have to do that. I don't really know much about pokemon battling but I thought I'd be a cool idea. Frank is the George R.R. Martin of avoiding completion of his B/W Nuzlocke, this man will instead spend hours walking in a straight line instead of finishing it.
Is there a reason that all the straight lines needed to be vertical or horizontal? If you used diagonal lines you might have been able to thread some needles you wouldn’t have been able to otherwise. Also if you go back on your decision to never attempt this again I recommend scouting ahead with all upgrades and practicing any problem parts instead of getting over that first mound only to find chucking giraffes off too high a cliff won’t work mid attempt.
I'm super impressed you found another way both into and through the area under the world. I could only ever find one. There's one place in that big cave by Alfornada where you can just jump through the wall every time, guaranteed. And then it's a straight shot from there to the whole out of bounds area past Eri's team star squad. (it's a good place to hatch eggs). I could never do the side you went on, though, and it's awesome to see it work. Never doubt the persistence of the Frank.
Fun fact, it's possible to catch Chien Pao before even going to school doing that pokemon luring and battle tech. AFAIK, they're the only legendary pokemon you can get before going to school (no miraidon/koraidon). They're is a very long path you have to take to get one of the last stakes. It took me legit 4 hours of throwing my head into a wall to get up one of the larger cliffs.
This video is a reminder of why the US and Canada border is not a straight line. Climbing and hiking over mountains by foot in a STRAIGHT line is difficult, borderline impossible. Great video as always, keep up the great ideas and good work.

Let's assume Paldea is the size of the Iberian peninsula, would there be anyway to model Paldea onto the curvature of the Earth, because a flat line on a sphere would correlate to a curve on a flat map. Now obviously the available curve would still be small due to the relative size of the Iberian peninsula Vs the Earth, but I wonder if it would just be enough to make it doable without glitches
This gives me another idea: travel from one town to another just by chaining pokemon encounters The towns to choose I leave to you but I would suggest Levincia to Porto Marinada Or if you really want to suffer try beating the game just by moving using encounters
i hate how the player characters in pokemon games cant climb even a little tiny bit. it really kills the vibe of “youre an energetic kid on the cusp of childhood exploring a world full of fantastical creatures”. it was one of my only major gripes with legends arceus. i understand they dont want you going in certain areas and they really want you chained to your ride pokemon, but even tiny hills that should have been easy to just walk up require me to summon a magical deer to traverse
