I can! It’s nothing special lol! Just salmon and veggies. I eat the same thing everyday. Mostly fresh salad and chicken breast for lunch. Dates for dessert.
I struggle with staying asleep and waking up with worries / anxiety. I started taking Life Extension Glycine 1000mg and NAOMI Mighty Mg Magnesium Glycinate & Malate Complex 360mg. If I do wake up I am able to go right back to sleep. These have been life changing for me. 😊
