    You are the reason why I started using a wellness journal. Started it the end of January and I have found out my blood pressure is running high. I track my food,weight and mood. Love your videos!❤

    Thank you for sharing! I love your attitude about things. Would you consider sharing your meal planning? I used to do it years ago when my kids were still home but have gotten lazy and need some encouragement.

      I can! It’s nothing special lol! Just salmon and veggies.
      I eat the same thing everyday. Mostly fresh salad and chicken breast for lunch. Dates for dessert.

    I struggle with staying asleep and waking up with worries / anxiety. I started taking Life Extension Glycine 1000mg and NAOMI Mighty Mg Magnesium Glycinate & Malate Complex 360mg. If I do wake up I am able to go right back to sleep. These have been life changing for me. 😊
