Inground Pool Liners | Vinyl Liner Installation by E-Z Test Pool Supplies
This video shows the installation of a replacement in-ground pool liner. The video also shows a good amount of the prep work and labor required before installing a brand new pool liner. We take all precautions to ensure the liner gets the proper "Fit & Finish".

Were the heck is the french drain? How worried should i be trying to measure my own liner my pool is rounded so the measurements are a bit harder.
+ChrisXCXCX Hi Chris, The french drain is always in the deep end, usually dead center. The hole for the french drain is cut out after the liner is placed and the air has been vacuumed out. The manufacturer of your pool should have a spec sheet that is used for ordering a new liner. Do you know what type of pool you have? We may be able to help point you in the right direction.
+E-Z Test Pool Supplies Inc Brother there is no spec sheet, pool was made back in 1980 and i never had a copy. I do have measurements from when they ordered a liner back in 2006. But its just width height and depth of shallow and deep end, No other measurements. Its an oval pool with a contoured bowl, everything is rounded no square edges etc.

How is the French drain is assembled
An inch an a half pipe is placed under the pool into 3 quarter inch stones usually 12-16 inches deep. The pipe is then run above the pool to a pump. In this case a Hayward super pump.

where did u connect the hose to vacuum for stretching & holding liner
pierre jones you just pop a small section of the liner out of the coping near the transition (slope from shallow to deep end) and stick the vac hose down almost to the bottom of the wall and duct tape around the hose and liner.

That liner leaks for sure. You can't cut the steps in with no water weight in the shallow end!
D Dizzle you can if it's a warm day or enough sunlight to get a good dry fit.
