@@ephraimsasa1677 Well, I don't know about you but no one wears sunglasses inside a room and for an interview, definitely not. Why not for an interview - because eye contact is essential and proper etiquette for when you are having a conversation with others. That's just basic manners. It would be awkward for the lady to maintain eye contact if the interviewer has his eyes covered.

Go and watch any interview. No one wears sunglasses to an interview. Can you imagine The Lungleng Show with the interviewer wearing sunglasses while talking to his guests.
