My first problem, I was given a coupon for $100 . I could not find how to use this. Did it mean I could shop with $100 worth of credit. Like for free? Then when I wanted to see some merchandise I had to know the specific name for it to find it. That took forever. When I did find the item the descriptions were very brief. We are so used to Amazon giving a good description of every item they list. I would spend up to an hour looking and trying to make a choice if I was going to buy something. Very frustrating. Often I wondered if the ratings or comments were only from satisfied customers, I say this because my purchase of items from Temu were low, low quality! You cannot return unless the item is broken or defective. I tried a second time (got a coupon again that I had no idea how to use) . Tried some of the clothing. Flimsy material, poor fit- Sizing different than in USA. So much waste of time and money. Yes you want to get that bargain that looks so good. But I was fooled. Hard to resist the temptation.
Contact TEMU about your camera they’ll make better for you. I love love TEMU and don’t like you calling everything cheap. I totally think you are wrong. Thanks
