Here's this beautiful horn's listing! I really wish I could keep it but my house rule has to apply otherwise I'd have 500 horns in my collection! www.austincustombrass.biz/trents-unique-del-quadro-modified-early-elkhart-bach-cornet-with-43g-bell-and-maw-valves/
@@austincustom I think I could listen to that recording of Dream, Stardust, and Misty (Live at the Roosevelt) on repeat until the end of time and never grow tired of it.

I could listen to that cornet sound all day. Reminds me of Bobby Hackett on Jackie Gleason Presents.
Dream from that album!!! so perfect of a tone!

From your description a great instrument, but you're an amazing player. Such great effortless sound(s).
Thank you kindly!
What a sweet playing horn
Just awesome
Very versatile!
Don't get rid of it!! You'll be sorry some day, maybe even tomorrow. What a great sound.
I think you are right. Trying to sell something else in the collection first. So many great horns. So little time.
Can you do an A/B comparison video of this horn with the same excerpts with the MAW valves vs. the regular valves? That’d be cool.
Perhaps. Not sure I want to do that video editing work needed for a vid like that
Quick question: do the MAW valves use the original block?
Yes MAW makes valves that fit in the original valve block. Pretty cool!
