Love the law suit! Hermes accessories selling tactics are well known for years. It's simply unclear how much you need to consume to get a birkin and it's a discretional unclear amount, which is a masked issue

It's not about the price tag that comes with these bags. The bags are kept behind closed doors, reserved only for people who build trusted relationships with their sales assistants. You need to have a certain purchase history before you can buy the big item.
Besides, they do have the money; otherwise, they wouldn’t even be able to afford filing a civil case in the first place.
