Don't know what size deck that is but I just mounted one on my 48" Toro Titan. Had same issue with the pin you just had but all I had to do was drill the hole out to ½". As far as installing that pin I installed it by sticking the pin in a ½" drill and using a wrench on the other side. Worked perfect.
Yeah I ended up drilling the hole bigger. I’ll try the trick of putting the end in the drill. My deck is 60” so my chute is a little wider than the catch pro. Thank you
How hard would it have been to look up what you call the metal thing that goes on the side of your mower popped up on my page I gave you a shot by watching your video you’re not off to a great start kit
Hey buddy, you haven't installed the bagger properly. You are supposed to drill a hole in the upper lip on the mower, and also have it set back a little so the mouth covers the whole mower discharge. You will have much better results if you correct this. Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.
Hopefully you had a conversation with Cory at Ballard-Inc. I seems to me that you might've been sent the wrong size catcher for your particular model mower. The opening on both ends are supposed to extend all the way along the chute opening, (to catch all the leaves/debris), and the hanger bolt should fit right in that hole. Please let us know, (update), what has happened.

What size its the trailer i want to get one toro titan max
The trailer was a 12 footer. I could fit the Titan Max and my small z-turn angling it right.
