So with direct hire, the international nurse would recieve more money?
Also, how long are your contracts for a RN?

Yes. Because with direct hire, the nurse works directly for the healthcare employer (there are no staffing agencies receiving payments or fees). Our contracts are between 2-3 years.

@@asferguson2010 Starting salary depends on the specific RN position that you apply for and also depends upon the hospital or healthcare employer where you will be working as a direct hire employee.
