Great vid lads. I just put a trail in my 17 600 Sport Renegade and let me tell ya...it wasn't as easy to install. I bought the right one which is for the 550SS/600RS with no o2 sensor port and the top springs were loose and the bottom front spring didn't even need an extended. I ended up having to bend the frame bracket up so it sat lower so the two top springs would tighten up. Kind of pissed me off that every video I've seen of an install, these go in like butter drippin off a hot biscuit...of course not mine lol. Thanks for helping me shop this one, part two helped a ton.
Stephen, glad it all worked out for you and the video helped. Sometimes the magic of video editing assists in the smooth as silk install. lol.. Having said that, this install really did go very easily. We actually changed out all the pipes "trail side" during the sound comparison. Enjoy your new products. Steve
Matthew Coull MBRP Products are designed and tested to be a true bolt on product, without the need to modify your machine or sacrifice reliability. We're currently running the Trai Can on our 800 and have no concerns at all. Often those who run into reliability issues have further modified their sled including intake, engine, high rpm clutching etc. This and the combination of poor set up and/or maintenance is usually the culprit of engine failure. Just like you we purchase and maintain our own sleds and couldn't be happier to run our MBRP Trail Can. RFTV
Chad Legault Unfortunately the shooting of this video was about all the miles this sled has seen post exhaust install. As you know, Mother nature hasn't been all that kind in the snow department this year. We look forward to racking on some miles in the near future and will have an updated video to answer those questions. But I'm comfortable to say dropping 12-13 lbs will make a noticeable difference in the feel of the front end and steering. Power wise.. It'll be very interesting to see where on the curve that power was added. Can't wait to get a big dumper of the fluffy stuff. Steve
For sure buddy!!! They have one of the best Snowmobile, ATV, SXS, Off Road, Car, Truck and Motorsport exhaust manufactures right here in Canada. They are actually located in Huntsville, Ontario. Give them a call and they'll hook you up with what ever you need. 1-888-636-7223 or visit their web site at www.mbrpsnow.com
I bought the single in dual out for my F150 from American Trucks. Less then 500 bucks here in the US. Sound is great and good quality. Next is the can for my SkiDoo MXZ 600 H.O. Rev Sport converted to a Mxz X

@@rawfueltv3874Did the trail can sit on the rubber grommet or did you have to remove it?
So I was told in Ontario any modifaction to your exhaust. Is a $160 fine . And it has to be stock . Is this true. Cause I want to ad a can to mine .
Hey! Big fan so a lot of people are telling me that a can like this would potentially ruin the longevity of the life of the motor...is that true?
