I've lived in a very haunted house so adding other items that call to spirits is not a good idea. Thank goodness I no longer live there. Why are people complaining about his voice, I actually like and enjoy it! The way you tell the stories makes it sound like how a friend would tell me a story and the familiarity makes the storytelling even better!

It’s not his voice that’s annoying- his voice is actually quite soothing. What’s annoying is the pattern of speaking- his raises the tone of his voice in the middle and at the end of his sentences. It’s very distracting to listen to, because it’s sounds like he’s constantly asking questions as opposed to just telling a free-flowing story. Looking forward for more from this channel though.

I have had a lot of experiences and luckily have support of native friends, met a curandero in Santa Fe who sadly passed a few years ago. He was a good man and his home felt safe and was so interesting. I’ve experienced window knocking in succession the past two times I’ve stopped at CO rest stops (Durango & eastern CO) in my car and was 2:30-3:30am. First I thought it was someone but It was so fast on each window with only a second in between. In addition, to reach the front window on my diesel you have to stand on one of the tires and would’ve felt or heard feet running around the car. As soon as I started to recite the guardian angel prayer, and reached for my 9mm, it stopped immediately. The second time it did the same except it stopped where my head was and was like a drummer it was so fast so while debating on looking out to see what it was causing it, but was so exhausted fell asleep. If it was a fear eater, it went away hungry lol.

Heyyyyyyyyyyyy!! Yes, that is correct! So my family is from Zacatecas In Mexico. Who have roots to the Zacatecano people, tracing back to the chichimecas from when the Aztecs were around. Crazy how much history and lineage there is in family you know? BUT its sooooooo cool that other people like you can tell, hear and distinguish some of these things because like i mentioned...I NEVER even knew I had an accent until I started narrating last year. Makes me wonder what people been thinking or saying their whole life about me in school and jobs LOL BUT its always great to hear and meet someone like you from other cultures and learn so much you know? Been there plenty of times, not exactly like in the story, but 2023 around May June...was...hell. It made me understand why people do it, sometimes you just want to escape reality and can't sleep at night and these dark thoughts come across your head like "i am so tired, the only "rest" i get it...is when I am asleep....sooooo do I have to sleep forever?"..Anyways, I realized that these dark places are not healthy. Its scary, the mind...is scary. I do not wish none of these mental struggles on my worst enemy!....Seriously..anyways, I might not be the best speaker, but after hearing that story I wanted to add some extra stuff incase someone is going through something you know? and well c'mon smokey GG...YOU KNOW...I am strictly story telling and thats it...None of the whole 1-2 minute introduction and telling you all about the stories..just narrations and thats it. Didn’t know Canadian natives had skinwalkers. I went to a Pow wow, i overheard Native American tribesmen talking about the Navajo tribe, “I wouldn’t mess with any Navajos. They are known for their skin-walkers and fry-bread”
Yeah...no, they don't. If one is referring to the evil shapeshifter witch known as the skinwalker from the Navajo rez...then no. However, every culture and even different tribes have their own version of this "witch" For example, down in parts of Mexico you have what is called the Nahualt/Nagual. Who is a evil witch who can shapeshift as well.....Similar to the skinwalker. "fry-bread" lol wait..what! Now I need to know about this last part.

We use to have shadow people around my parts. Me and a few neighbors saw them. Idk if more development and less woods drove them away but eventually i stopped seeing them as i got older.
You know what’s crazy? I am a huge horror fan, I love all scary things. Some things are scary….but, something about shadow people and how it ties back with native culture…seriously creeps me out! So you saying that you used to have shadow people around your parts…nope nope nope! I would have moved out…the story itself creeped me OUT! May I ask what area you speak of?

You have a very good narrating voice, but you speak monotone which makes it hard to understand some of the words you are saying. I think that this might be causing the RUclips algorithm to recommend your videos to fewer numbers of people, even though you seem to upload consistently.
Hey, thanks for the feedback. I know the voice isn't for everyone...but thats just how I speak normally. I dont like to fake it and sound something outside of how I normally sound. so if the algorithm is noticing this it sounds like i am fighting an uphill battle again YT because they dont like people who speak monotone lol which should just be more reason for people to support and help out as well. lol

I did this story before my most recent videos started containing a lot more culture and life of growing up on the rez...geez...There is a reason one must listen and obey what the elders say and speak of. They been here longer, they have the life experience and knowledge that has been passed down.
You might want to consider using computer voices as your sing-song voice, w/ the song-son cadence, tone and the inflection of each separate sentence spoken annoyingly rising at the end of the last word spoken “something was very oofffff”👎🏽

Hey Smokey GG!! My apologies for the late response. Had a busy AF day at work today. Came home, the little one has a fever...and well, as you know...sick little ones are a different breed lol So yeah..Tough day today but trying to get on here and reply to everyone as much as I can before one of them wakes up crying haha! I Knew you were going to pass out!! Lol Awww poor Athena! I hope she gets back to her 100% SOON...and no way..what a bad way to spend spring break. @@Smokey-Garage-Girl Awesome! Thank you! I tried to say something, I mean the story was pretty dark almost in a way. One just NEVER knows what someone is going through..you know? Been there plenty of times, not exactly like in the story, but 2023 around May June...was...hell. It made me understand why people do it, sometimes you just want to escape reality and can't sleep at night and these dark thoughts come across your head like "i am so tired, the only "rest" i get it...is when I am asleep....sooooo do I have to sleep forever?"..Anyways, I realized that these dark places are not healthy. Its scary, the mind...is scary. I do not wish none of these mental struggles on my worst enemy!....Seriously..anyways, I might not be the best speaker, but after hearing that story I wanted to add some extra stuff incase someone is going through something you know? and well c'mon smokey GG...YOU KNOW...I am strictly story telling and thats it...None of the whole 1-2 minute introduction and telling you all about the stories..just narrations and thats it. So me including this in a story...is something I am really serious about. Seen crazy ish happen with family and friends...and just want to let everyone know..I am here...listening. Anyways..... I love this community as well, but its people like you Smokey GG that brings everyone and ties it together! I know I can always count on you for being involved! So thank you! Didn’t know Canadian natives had skinwalkers. I went to a Pow wow, i overheard Native American tribesmen talking about the Navajo tribe, “I wouldn’t mess with any Navajos. They are known for their skin-walkers and fry-bread”
Yeah...no, they don't. If one is referring to the evil shapeshifter witch known as the skinwalker from the Navajo rez...then no. However, every culture and even different tribes have their own version of this "witch" For example, down in parts of Mexico you have what is called the Nahualt/Nagual. Who is a evil witch who can shapeshift as well.....Similar to the skinwalker.

We use to have shadow people around my parts. Me and a few neighbors saw them. Idk if more development and less woods drove them away but eventually i stopped seeing them as i got older.
You know what’s crazy? I am a huge horror fan, I love all scary things. Some things are scary….but, something about shadow people and how it ties back with native culture…seriously creeps me out! So you saying that you used to have shadow people around your parts…nope nope nope! I would have moved out…the story itself creeped me OUT! May I ask what area you speak of?

Its so crazy to me lol But you know...when a video is getting so many views and so many listeners out there you will get some bad apples here and there lol I pay no attention to them and I actually love it...which is why I leave the comments up. You have a very good narrating voice, but you speak monotone which makes it hard to understand some of the words you are saying. I think that this might be causing the RUclips algorithm to recommend your videos to fewer numbers of people, even though you seem to upload consistently.
Hey, thanks for the feedback. I know the voice isn't for everyone...but thats just how I speak normally. I dont like to fake it and sound something outside of how I normally sound. so if the algorithm is noticing this it sounds like i am fighting an uphill battle again YT because they dont like people who speak monotone lol which should just be more reason for people to support and help out as well. lol

I did this story before my most recent videos started containing a lot more culture and life of growing up on the rez...geez...There is a reason one must listen and obey what the elders say and speak of. They been here longer, they have the life experience and knowledge that has been passed down.
