Idk what the others may be but goblins and orcs sound good to me. Goliath’s also sound interesting. Are they just big people? Or is it more complex than that?
Beautiful terrain work, thought given to placement, and also what an imagination for storytelling and the knowledge of the system to execute it. First class work.
The port is really well done, I love the detailing and the transition to the town buildings works really well. I feel there is a twist coming in the next episodes though ;)
I am always impressed by how casually you can work great angles into the grid. I bet that crosspiece on the crane took more than a few attempts to get right. Well done, keep it up.
The crane definitely wasn’t a casual build, quite a few hours went into it mainly the cross member as you thought aswell as the handle bars section, first iteration was different. I had to sleep on it and redesign the next day 😅
This is the best landscape placement I've seen of Lion Knight's Castle or the Town Square. I saw you and Brickcrafts using those "art plates" as a base and bought 4 at my local Bricks & Minifigs (BAM) store. USD $6 each means I'm going to be buying a few at a time for quite a while before I do a big landscape. Love to see what you did with the waterfall & port.
I'm loving this series so far. I've watched the farms diorama series as well. This channel is highly underrated. As a little constructive criticism, I think the crane looks a little small and flimsy. I think it would look better if it was maybe 1 or 2 bricks taller and a little thicker. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for the critique! This is the 2nd iteration of the crane, the first version was bigger but i thought it looked out of scale to the buildings in the sets so i downsized it to this
I love your builds! They are so amazing! I love how you make them detailed but simple. I also love your story telling and how explain what you are doing! Thank you for sharing your creations.
I thought about that but decided not to, since I wanted to showcase the sets in their original form as much as possible otherwise it becomes a diorama for my own moc instead of the sets, but his roof mods are great
I've always considered the Lion Knights to by very inland with lush forests and fields. I like see another interpretation with less greenery and next to the ocean.
I agree, but I usually prefer building seaside settings when possible, somehow it feels more fulfilling. Probably because I grew up playing alot of Lego pirates 😊
@@1by1Brick The English cog ship is one of the most famous ships of the medieval age, it would be especially cool if you did a cog warship. I have made a few myself and always look pretty good. Very easy to make.
Yeah I was thinking the cog ship would be a good starter type of ship for me since I've never built a medieval era ship, seems to be the simplest but I think I'll be building twin mast lateen sails so it will be an unusual kind of cog ship. Haven't fully decided yet though. Grew up playing pirates so I'm used to building colonial type ships.
Another banger! But the pillars of the dock now look like they hover above the water, is there a technique to vertically built the pillars down! That would look spectacular. (It already does tho)
Thanks, thats the drawback of building off grid, if i move it to be more inline with studs for connection, there will be a gap between the port and the main path at the corner
Bro this is the best medieval MOC I have ever seen you are truly the best builder. Any tips on buying pieces or building the MOCs that you've got? I'm Fr trynna make something like this someday.
Thanks, not sure what experience you have with moc building but I’d suggest starting smaller first and working out what piece types you gravitate to when building terrain. From there you can focus on buying those types of pieces. Like for me i found wedge plates to be my preferred piece so i focused on buying those
This will work so well with the D&D minifigs, especially if Lego plans on making more
Looking forward to getting the full set of 12, a rare series where all the figs are excellent! 😄

Im so obsessed with your builds... these videos are so high quality, i have no idea how they don't get more views! Keep smashing it!
Thanks, will do! Love your videos btw!
@@1by1Brick Thank you mate!!
You and Goldfyre are the best Castle moc builders! Sooo cool builds! Keep it up!

The ship Will probably look
super nice with the Viking front part
I hope so haha 😅
This MOC is awesome!! I can't wait for when you build the ship!! :D
Me too, hope i can pull it off haha
you're seriously one of the best lego builders out there, this looks fantastic
Thanks!
I can’t wait for the enemies to destroy all of this lol
The townsfolk have had it good for far too long!
This is great! Love all the details you put in!
Thank you 😊
Such a nice settlement! Keep it up

20 Second ago I finished watching your last video and now there is a new one. Love the timing!))))
That’s perfect timing

Yeah they are abit pricey, the light nougat ones are usually cheaper than olive green and black
It looks amazing dude i could only dream of making that
Thanks!
it’s cool how you take the time to read and reply to each comment, keep it my man
Thanks, there's always some great suggestions in the comments 😊
veeeeeeeeery impressive
The new Harry Potters new ship set might work
I’ll “attempt” to create my own 😄
great work! so many details!! :))

Add a small tree on the bit of land near the waterfall with a animal
Yeah ill be adding more botanicals later, great idea with the small tree!

Thank you for watching!
would be so cool if combined with medieval blacksmith diorama :0
That diorama no longer exists, it is part of this diorama now 😊
@@1by1Brick i would imagine so :)
You should change the tatch roof of medieval town square like Goldy fire
I thought about that but decided not to, since I wanted to showcase the sets in their original form as much as possible otherwise it becomes a diorama for my own moc instead of the sets, but his roof mods are great
Don’t forget to add some pirates to those ports lol
The pirates are behaving and working at the port for this series 😄
Love ur vids
Keep going❤❤

Fantastic! I always enjoy the mechanical elements you build and how you adapt them to the era. Well done 👍
Thanks, i do enjoy the challenge of building functional builds every once in a while
Love the build. Maybe you could vary the lengths of the logs that make up the end of the dock so it is not so uniform. Love the project and content!
Great idea thanks!

Thank you!
Awesome!
Thanks!

Good job. I also do something similar for my cartoons

Do a Viking village next!
Yup, it's on the to do list. It's still sealed and waiting to be built!

This is great keep it up:)
Thanks!
@@1by1Brick no problem , I'm stuck on what type of medieval build I should do next , do you have any ideas?🙂
What have you already built?
@@1by1Brick A large harbour at the bottom of a cliff. I still have two 32 by 32 plates to fill 👍
@@Jonah-h6 Maybe some kind of lookout tower atop the cliff, abit like how the LKC overlooks my harbor but yours can be a purpose built moc
Have the ship being worked on by dock workers as you build it
Great idea but it won’t fit with the story that I’ve already fleshed out for this diorama
Dont know if you have mentioned this already but will you be taking this to any cons?
Nope, ill be taking this apart once its done since ill need the parts for the next series, cant keep it together for too long
You gonna connect your blacksmith diorama to it to make a bigger town for the castle?
Nope, i will build a new town 😊
