I agree. P&S has a great lease program. In my case, I like to stay out at least 3 to 4 weeks, so a inverter is would be nice to have, but you still can get by without one. I still don’t have one in my truck. Safe travels brother!
What’s up man. I couldn’t get into a lease over at P&S because of that waiting list. I ended up at JLE INDUSTRIES. Trucks are sweet! I ended up in 2019 Freightliner but it came with everything. Fridge, inverter, front and rear curtains, interior climate comfort. First check was $3100. Booking my own loads off the JLE OS load board. Good experience so far. Love the videos man…. I was at Melton and P&S both great companies
Another positive note: you’re building a business credit. As you do lease program… Everyone talks about buy truck instead of leasing but don’t mention you need to have leverage. it’s much easier to buy a house than a truck. By leverage: 1. Have a business credit already built up. Majority of companies require to show proof of year of gross of the company (business credit) minimum 70k or 100k depending on company. 2. Huge down payment. Unless you have 20k to 60 k save up. Downside is you’re probably going to have a high interest on the payment since you don’t have business credit. 3. Someone who has a business and co-signs for you. It’s easier said than done. When I mean buying a truck I mean a new or low miles… Yes there are cheap truck but question is it is worth risk of breaking down every month or worst every week…. Lease program is best option if you don’t any of 3 leverage. Lease stigma is great way to put it.. Congratulations on this big step on your journey.
You are 100% correct on that. In fact, I was going to do a video on that topic because as a llc, you will be taxed a self employment tax of 15.3% on top of your personal taxes which is quite a lot of money but… The whole point of doing it as soon as you can is to build business credit. Great insight brother!
I finished orientation P&S is fly me to Houston in the morning to pick up my truck and as soon as I pull my first load you should be getting the referral money keep the videos coming my friend
That’s awesome! Welcome to the team brother! Could you email me your info so I can check on that? P&S has been known not to give it up. My email is blackhat23507@gmail.com Good luck out here brother!
Easy way to know if you profitable with lease flatbed. If you hauling wood 50% percent of the time as a lease op your failing. You need to be hauling steel at least a minimum 75% of the time. Say no to wood are get that 2x4 in ya azz.
$5000 gross 70% of that is $3500 9% of that is $3185 for maintenance Fuel is let’s call it $1000 for the week( very low) which brings you to $2185. Truck note is $650 which brings you to $1535 Now you gotta do taxes?? Where is the benefit here?
You are 100% correct on your math. Rates have been plummeting, however, when I run (without interruption) I average $6000. Still not great, but I am establishing my business and down the road I will be able to get an SBA loan. Not beneficial in the short term, very beneficial in the long term. In fact, I still am making more than a company driver. Just last week, I netted $4500 take home after everything is paid. The swings are big, but it is also teaching me to manage money better. I see quite a bit of benefits brother. To each his own. Drive safe
Awesome video, thanks for sharing your experience. Quick question, do the trucks come with a warranty or do you have to get your own third-party warranty (if you want the added protection)?
P&S Lease best in the business. P&S and WTI top of the list. And you don’t need an inverter if your only staying out 4 days a week at most

Thank you! The trucks do come with a warranty depending on year and mileage that it has when you get it.
What’s the requirements on the lease. Can you lease from day one ?
No you have to wait 3 months to get on the list
Tmc lease purchase trucks are around 90k fully loaded
They do have some nice trucks
With the lease program at p&s do you have to pay for repairs and tires
Yes. On the truck only. Unless you lease the trailer too
@@delgadotrucking how long do you have to be employed with them before you can do the lease program
Hey, is it a "walk away" lease program?
It sure is.
How often do you go home?
Usually every 3 weeks
You’ve been on the fence about P&S for years and never came 🙄
I go home every day
You are getting screwed
