Role of Bhms and bams is medical officer while md anesthesia,medicine with idccm and dm critical care are consultants in icus and md emergency medicine in emergency department both has different job roles and different salaries

MD emergency medicine has great scope.
It is an emerging branch but it requires a lot of patience and energy to deal with emergency patients.
Usually doctors are unhappy due to less salary as compared to lot of work load and stress.
Overall it is personal preference
If You are interested in this branch you can take it without listening others.
