For the 1st 2 replies, there are 2 problems with those suggestions
While child voice actors do exist in Japan, they're seldom used in most anime & games for various reasons, typically Japan is usually very strict in using children to do any work, so using child voice actors wouldn't be a thing for Side M anytime soon
The other thing with an all boys/girls idol anime/game/vtuber is that the Japanese will mostly want to match the gender of their characters to their voice actors and is mostly wanna be avoiding crossdressing voices. Other idol games such as Enstars & I-Chu follow suit, but in terms of Side M however, Yuko Sanpei's the only exception to this rule bc she basically gets grandfathered to voice Ryo a 2nd time instead of giving him a new (male) seiyuu, effectively making her the exception to the rule due to Ryo being older than Side M, debut wise.
