"Zserbó" slice, quick and easy. I'm learning to cook

Classic "zserbó" for holidays and weekdays.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
500 g plain flour
250 g margarine or butter
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
0.5 dl of milk
1 dl sour cream
10 g of fresh yeast
