I've just bought the same meter but it wants me to tell it which type of wood I'm checking. I've no idea what it'll be on my motorhome

Hi thanks for your comment, as fare as I remember it should be plywood I’m not in the caravan anytime soon to confirm unfortunately.

@BartsAway yeah it's a mixture of ply and (I believe) pine battons. But it wants to know the exact species of timber, even down to one of 3 species of pine.
I'm going to return it and get a different one.
