Should've gone for his real world appearence to him as a kid in Alicization in my opinion. That was more of an isekai, and the imagery would be more contrasting.
They mixed up Doctor Elise too. She’s originally from the world she ‘reincarnations’ into. When she dies in modern time as a too surgeon she goes back but also regresses to when bad things had not happened. Partly because of her and partly not. Which played into why she became a doctor.

I have heard that in source material he is very buff. Anime adaptation made a bad redesign of how he looked before reincarnation in my opinion.

She was the classroom spider. The student she thinks is thanks to D manipulating a fragment of D's own soul to appear as if she died. She finds out the truth when she swallows a GMA bomb (essentially that world's equivalent to a nuke) and forcefully evolves into an administrator. Her soul was summoned to D's home during the evolution and was told the truth face to face.

I'm a fanfiction author, and I'm still writing Arifureta. One of the biggest questions I asked myself is, "How did Hajime's hair turn white?" Well the answer, stress. His mental capacity was broken, his sanity was unstable and he ate monster meat, a very poisonous food to humans. It caused him agonizing pain, and combined with what he was feeling, his hair gradually turns white.
And in the novel, his screams were described as a new born's cry

Kumoko is a bit of a spoiler. Early on it was implied that she was a student before their summoning. But later in the LN (or atleast what people told me) Kumuko really was just the spider in the class' terrarium with that student's memory.

The big problem here is that the author himself said "SAO is not an isekai because everything happens in the real world". Still, I believe that is incorrect, because of everything you said. That videogame is indeed another world, no matter how you look at it.
