I watched this video when it was originally posted and it is the number 1 most important BJJ video I have ever seen. I teach this concept to my students and to whomever I think will understand it. My BJJ skills would be half of where they are today if it wasn't for this video. Cheers !!!
When I first trained bjj around 1999-2000 there was this 67 year old man that trained. He rode his bicycle 15 miles to the academy, trained then would ride his bike to the local college to do stadium runs then would ride all the way back home. Good ole Herbie. He's the man. Hes still alive almost 100. He would laugh at you for asking this question.
