    Hi Coach Ashley! I am a man and just saw this video because my grandma does this lesson! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together! I feel really weak and unconfident. 😟

      Thanks for the comment Rupin :) And go grandma ! Maybe you could try some more routines or even other exercise that you may like to get your strength up ! You have to be patient but you’ll feel good :)

      @@pilateswithashley Thank you for your encouragement and guidance Coach Ashley! I tried this lesson with my grandma but I could not even move the dumbbells she was using 😟 I don't know what to do.

      Start with just 0.5 kg and if you’re still struggling then try the movements without any weight 👍

      @@pilateswithashley Thank you! I trained with grandma today but it was just super hard! I did it without any weight but my arms and shoulders completely collapsed in the end. 😟 She did two rounds of this lesson with her dumbbells.
