Dublin had 9/20 players over the age of 30 on Sunday, 15/20 were 27 or older and only 2 were 25 or younger, whilst Mayo had 11 players who were under 25. Mayo are building a young team who in about 3 years will be year in year out All Ireland Contenders, even if they lose to Derry on Sunday Mayo fans should be extremely optimistic for the future, Dublin would of comfortably beaten any team bar Kerry/Donegal by a few points so Mayo should take great heart from that.
Louth had a least 3 goal chances that we didn't take (not like us). Have to mention the fee, had a stinker, he didn't beat us, but gave Kerry almost everything. Kerry are amazing, physically strong, had another couple of gears if needed
