If this were reality, I would expect Oyku's friends to be more understanding of her busy new job. Give her some time and space. Same for Ayaz. If he loves her so much, maybe he could try to understand her view. And as for Oyku, she should have told Ayaz about the project....she DID try to tell Ayaz that she cares for him and also to inform him about her travel plans, but was sabotaged by her "dear friend" Seyma. Bottomline: congratulate the girl for her success an give her some space. When the time comes, she can decide if it's what she really wants for her life.
It's very difficult to read the subtitles as there's a dimness on the right hand corner since the 20th episode... And they cut the scene where Onem announces about Oykus relocating to Italy at the dinner party and Ayaz sets a blow on Daren.... Very crazy Ayazs love is not the same as before just because Oyku didn't tell him... Doesn't love also mean to forget and forgive... especially when she went through such an ordeal of being kidnapped....
