  • Xaar 1003 heads from ceramic printers are not easy to recover. But a fully automatic PHD15 can do it. You can use the flushing solution that comes with your ink. The recovery programs uses 3 cycles: Mesh, Vacuum at 100% ultrasound and a Forward with 30% ultrasound. The pressure never exceeds 5psi and the fluid temperature should be 35-40°C.
