From the female perspective, it's not so much "being a man," but when a guy's indecisive about plans, kisses her on the cheek and is wishy washy, she begins to think he isn't interested in her. A lot of times, we don't think, "Oh, he's not a real a man because he wasn't decisive." More often than not, we think oh, he's probably got other options, so I'm not going to make him a priority.

You don't understand the material. Corey says men should call to set a date once a week, unless the woman reaches out first, in which case the man sets up a definite date on the spot. And that typically, women won't wait for a whole week to hear from the man again, when he's been reaching out once a week, dating her and sleeping with her for 2 or 3 weeks already. And honnestly, if I took you out for 2 or 3 dates over a 2 or 3 week time period and never heard from you in between, having to reach out myself every week, I wouldn't bother with you anymore.
