every expressway should be 6 lane not 4 lane and minimum 8 lane tak expandable hona chahiye
It all depends on traffic..Delhi Mumbai is 8 lane expandable to more than 12. But Gorakhpur link won't be that busy

I myself from gorakhpur the main issues were land acquisition and geographical terrains
7 saal se nahi ho rha hai construction. 2020 mai start hua tha along with bundelkhand expressway
